セットで肩〜頭ってとこ〜

なので、デイー１はレイデイ〜

でも天気も良く、風も良いので、なんだかんだ、オールデイオンザビーチ。

入れ替わり立ち替わりCT選手がサーフィンするので、

撮影したり、蛸取り（つかまえられんかった〜）したりのノンビリデイ〜

Small in J-Bay~~

So contest was canceled~~

But weather and wind was nice so stayed near the beach.

CT surfers keep on coming to surf so

we shoot out here or fished some octopus~~

チャキチャキの縦上がりを見せ付けた、マウイボーイのダスティ。

Dusty from Maui was showing one vertical move.

Nat Young

ジェイベイのウォールにはバックサイダーのサーフィンが映える。

Back sider’s move looks lovely out in J-Bay’s wall.

Filipe Toledo

やっぱジェイベイはエアーって言うよりカービングが重視される。

Curve is more important than air moves in J-Bay.

Alejo Muniz

バリトで優勝しノリノリの状態でジェイベイ入りしてきたアレホ。

Alejo won at Ballito and got to J-Bay with that heat around him.

Jordy Smith

ようやく怪我から復活し、母国／サウスアフリカでの戦いに望むジョディ。

Jordy finally got back from his injury and getting ready for the competition here.

Gabriel Medina

昨年のグラチャン／ガブリエルは今季まだ一度も優勝していない。

Last year’s Grand Champion, Gabriel hasn’t won once yet this year.

今季からクォリファイしCTツアーに参戦してきているケアヌ。

Keanu is participating on the CT Tour to qualify.

Dane Reynolds

フィジーに引き続きワイルドカードでジェイベイオープンにも出場するデーン。

Dane got the wild card so he earned his chance to surf on J-Bay Open.

Mitsuteru Kamio

ステイ先のオーナーでもあるフォトグ／ピートフリーデンに板を借り、

気持ち良さそうに波に乗っていたフォトグのカミオ君。

Kamio borrowed a board from Pete Frieden/ Photographer and

glided through the wave.
