ハッピーサンクスギビンデイ〜〜
本日は勤労感謝の日なので、コンテストはもちレイデイ〜
しかしようやくサイズアップし、サンセットはノース寄りのスエルで５〜７〜
風はトレードに戻ったが、今日はまた雨がひどかった。
すかす選手は久々のサイズある波、コンテストも近しということで、
海の中はQS組の大セッションと化していた〜
Happy Thanks Giving Day~~~
So no contest~~
Size rose up to 5~7~ in Sunset~
Wind changed to trade wind but weather was rainy.
Anyway, session by the QS surfers were going off in the ocean~
@ Pipeline
一方パイプはまだ砂がとれきれていず、スエルもノースなので、
ダンパーバックドア／オフザで、全然良くなかった。
久々のスエルで海が動き、茶色と青色が混じって、グリーニーになってきた。
とにかくまたまた雨がひどいので、今日もノーシュートデイ〜
Sand isn’t off from Pipe so
waves were dumper kind.
Ocean is making some move so ocean color was getting more greeny blue.
So no shoot~~

天気は悪かったが、今年も恒例コールの開くサンクスギビンパーチーにお呼ばれ〜
Weather was outcast but went to Kohn’s thanks giving party~~
皆でエッグトスゲームをしたり、、、
Egg toss game
昔ながらのイムスタイルで、メインディッシュとなるターキーやポークを蒸し、、、
Steamed the turkey and pork with the imu style.
丸半日蒸した後は、シンプルにハワイアンサルトをふりかけ、
コールが豪快にチョップチョップしていくのら〜〜
After steaming, sprinkle some salt chop chop chop~~
コールの仲間達が色んなディッシュを持ち寄り、賑やかなサンクスギブンデイのディナーとなる
And had a lovely dinner with all the dishes gathered from everyone.

今夏、台風１６号のスエルを狙って千葉にやってきたコール君。
そして、今日のサンクスギブンデイの直前まで、ポルトガル／ナザレのビッグウエイブを、
パドルでチャレンジして来たと言う。
Kohl came to Japan to surf the 16th typhoon’s swell.
And challenged the big wave in Nazare, Portugal.
